its a miracle

jaxson has started feeding himself. today he took a cookie and held it in his hand and put it in his mouth. i was so excited, so i decided to try out the little dippers my mom got him at lunch time. and well he made a mess, but he actually fed himself pudding.

jaxson, mom and dad are so proud of you. we love you so much. you are growing up so fast.

so today after dinner we decided to go lay outside and enjoy the sun. jaxson had so much fun. he loves to play in the grass and being able to roll everywhere. he learned today that the grass can tickle him. it was so cute. he thought it was so funny.

jaxson new favorite thing is to spit his food out everywhere. i don't know what to do! every meal he eats, he decides to take a few bits then spit the next few out and he thinks he is so funny.

our wards 5k

on saturday we will able to go to our wards 5k and eat lunch. it was so fun just to relax and visit with adults. while we were there jaxson ate mac and cheese, orange jello with whip cream, strawberries, and guacamole. jaxson loves being able to eat big people food and it makes it so much nice on me so i don't have to bring all the baby food.

later that night jaxson and i were able to go the stake dinner before the womens conference. it was so yummy. we had hawaiian haystacks. jaxson ate the olives, oranges, rice, pineapple, and of course the cake.

the broadcast was so uplifting i was really happy i was able to go. thanks lindsey for coming with me. after words we went and got smoothies from smoothie king. they are so yummy.

going to the dentist

jonathan went to the dentist today. on the way we made a bet on how many cavities he would have. he said none and i told him he would have one, because he always has one. but this time i will be the one giving the foot massage instead of receiving one, because jonathan had no cavities. wow babe way to go.

so i decided to change my hair color to black. i love it. it is so fun. i have went black and i am not going back (well for at least now)

so on friday we went to lindsey's school for a balloon launch and dinner. it was so nice to get out and have fun with friends. while we were eating it started to sprinkle and then it went away and left a double rainbow. when we were done eating jaxson got a balloon and thought it was so fun to play with. he had no clue we were going to make him let go of it. he was so sad when his balloon was gone.thanks rices' for inviting us.

so today we went christmas shopping. on the way to the stores. jaxson found his tooth and couldn't figure out what it was. it was so cute.

today when jaxson wake up from nap time i could hear a thud noise coming from his room. i went in to find jaxson hitting his head against the railing underneath the bumper pad.

on saturday we watched erinn while jodee and randy went to the dew tour. it was so much fun she just played and entertain jaxson the whole time. it was a nice break. we decided to go to the park for a while since it was so nice outside. we wanted to enjoy the sun before it goes away. and jaxson always loves the swings and this time daddy was there to push him as high as the sky.
