jaxson new trick

okay it has only taken 7 months but we can officially roll over both ways now. we are so happy. jaxson enjoys being able to roll and get things. sorry about the video being long i had to hide it from him or else we would of never caught it on tape.

today besides rolling over we went shopping with lindsey and jaxon our friends. we got a new diaper bag ( that is so much easier to use) and a new bib. that jaxson thinks he should eat. thanks so much guys for going with us.

visit from grandpa juan

on monday grandpa juan stopped by for a visit. it was so fun to see him. jaxson loved it because he got a massage. and feel asleep on his shoulder. then we went out to spaghetti mamas for lunch it was so good. (thanks john for the tip with the breadsticks i will be sure to use it next time. ) jaxson enjoyed the bread and some pasta but he really enjoyed moms ice cream. after going out to eat. jaxson come home and played with his fire trucks. he enjoys being able to sit and play with toys. then we went for a family walk.

last sunday we were able to go swimming in jonathan grandpa pool. it was so much fun. jaxson loved it. he also got to eat hot dog for the 1st time. he must of liked it because he ate everything we gave him.

on monday night we headed up to little cottonwood, up to snowbird to go and hang out with the akers. it was so much fun up there. we went swimming, had pizza, played pool and air hockey, and play cranium. it was a blast being able to get away for a night. thanks guys so much for inviting us.

this was a great week. jonathan was off from tuesday to friday, so we will able to finish things up around the house and just relax. we had the akers over for dinner one night and played wii. jaxson got to experience watermelon for the first time. he loved it. jaxson got to drive the car with mom and dad this week. watch out he already enjoys driving. jonathan and jaxson enjoyed taking a nap in the afternoon. this week it was actually warm enough to bring out his pool and play in it. he had so much fun. we had the rices over to play outside, they brought bubbles to play with. on friday we went to a lunch and brunch in the ward, jaxson had so much fun playing in the wood chips he brought some home with him. and then today jaxson learned a fathers day trick for daddy. he can take off his own diaper. oh what a joy that is for us. it just means he won't be without clothes. oh what a silly boy. but we still love him.

sorry i haven't post in awhile but our lives have been crazy. but i think i have updated on all the important events that have happened.

jaxson is 7 months old

i can't believe it yesterday jaxson turned 7 months old. oh how time flies. he was become such a little man in the past few weeks. his favorite things to do is talk, playing in the water, play with his daddy, and eat. we love you so much jaxson.

yesterday the lindsey and jaxon invited us over to play in jaxon's pool. jaxson had so much fun. he loves to splash the water. thank you so much for inviting us over.

uncle bz leaving

june 4 we took my brother to the mtc. it was a day filled with a lot of emotion. it was nice to spend time with the family before he left. the morning before he left my mom made french toast for the whole family. then we hung around our house while bz got ready, then we headed to the creamy for ice cream and chocolate milk before heading to the mtc. once at the mtc it really set in that he was leaving for 2 years. i realixed how much i was really going to miss him. we haven't ever been apart this long in our whole lives together. but it will be a good thing. already in a week from him being gone i have seen how he has changed so much. and how his is so spiritual. this will be a good thing for our whole family. we love you elder bz and miss you tons.

jaxson new carseat

last thursday we went and picked up jaxson new car seat. he had almost grown out of the other one. we still are using in our other car till he grows all the way out. any way i think he likes it a little better because he is able to see out the window and reach his toys better, but he is not to sure about sleeping with it. as you see in the video. but sooner or later he will figure it out.

june 7, o8 jaxson helped mom write i love you to uncle bz. then i gave him the pencil and he did his own pretty drawing for his uncle. is was better proud of what he could do for being almost 7 months old.

on friday we had alaynah come over to play it was so much fun. we were suppose to play in the pool but it was to cold so we just played inside with toys. alaynah and jaxson are now about the same height. yeah for jaxson he is growing. thanks so much guys for coming and playing with us

jaxson eatting big boy food

jaxson loves eating big boy food. last monday we went to tucanos with bz before he left and jaxson ate cheesy mashed potatoes and vanilla pudding. then on tuesday we went to rumbi's and he ate sweet potato french fries and rice pudding (which he ate 4 of the 6 in the container), then wednesday he had graham cracker ice cream for byu creamy, thursay was spaghetti noodles with a juice bar, friday was chicken fingers with bbq sauce and honey mustard, satuday was cold stone cake batter ice cream with strawberries and sunday was vit d milk. he loves eating big boy food.
